Oxygen becomes increasingly important in times of healing. The air we normally breathe contains about 21% oxygen. The oxygen in our oxygen bar is 95% oxygen, allowing you to breathe 4 to 5 times the normal amount of oxygen and features aromatherapy using therapeutic grade essential oils which target headaches, stress, muscle tension, congestion, and more.

When you arrive, you’ll be presented with a selection of aromas and a staff member will explain the benefits of each aroma. Once you select your aroma, a cannula, (sanitary super-soft silicone single use disposable nose tube) that splits into two prongs, hangs around your head and the prongs rest just inside the nostrils to administer the oxygen. Once turned on, you breathe normally and relax.
